October Dividend Successfully Paid by Fable Media Group

Fable Media Group AB (the “Company”) announces that the dividend of SEK 0.20 per share, resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 24 September 2026, has today been successfully paid to shareholders through Euroclear Sweden.

The total dividend amounted to approximately SEK 6.8 million and is in line with the Company’s strategy of distributing quarterly dividends. The last four quarterly dividends combined total SEK 0.75 per share, corresponding to a dividend yield of approximately 13%, based on the closing share price on 30 September 2026.
